Mooncube Games has unveiled a brand new trailer showcasing more details about their upcoming title – including the game’s official launch date. Spirit City: Lofi Sessions will release on PC via Steam on April 8th, 2024.
Spirit City: Lofi Sessions is a gamified focus tool that allows players to craft their own personal lofi retreat. Eliminate distractions and improve concentration in a cozy, highly customizable environment that is player-tailored to foster productivity and promote relaxation in their daily lives.
The game offers players an immersive alternative to frequently switching tabs or running multiple apps while working or chilling. A single, streamlined dashboard combines audio, visual, and organizational features into one charming and tranquil experience.
Soft, soothing lofi music and dynamic soundscapes such as pattering rain and crackling fire provide the perfect background ambiance to relieve stress and unwind. Players can choose from a menagerie of quirky and cuddly Spirits to befriend, and can unlock more by discovering the correct combination of room activities, soundscapes and time of day to lure hidden Spirits out and add them to your collection. And yes, every Spirit can be petted too!
Creating healthy and enduring habits is incentivized. Built-in productivity tools, such as a to-do list encourage players to stay organized, while the pomodoro timer reminds them to take regular breaks. Players earn xp and level up as they spend time in the game and use the focus tools available to them, unlocking more goodies over time – from new character & room cosmetics, to hints to help discover more Spirits, being productive has never been so rewarding!
